- Mopeds and Scooters are defined as a vehicle that has no external shifting device, a motor that does not exceed 50cc and cannot propel the vehicle at a speed greater than 30mph. All other vehicles are classified as motorcycles and must be registered with DMV. Motorcycles must be registered with the PaTS Office and cannot be parked in bicycle racks.

- Monday through Friday: 8am until 5pm - Saturday and Sunday: Closed
- We will be closed for Labor Day, September 7th.
